Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Doppelscript, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Creation

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Doppelscript.

3. Your Data and Content

Your writing belongs to you. Any text samples, voice profiles, or content you upload remain your property. You grant Doppelscript a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not sell your content to third parties. We do not use your writing samples to train AI models. The Anthropic API, which powers generation, contractually prohibits training on API request data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Doppelscript to:

• Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive material
• Impersonate another person without their consent
• Produce content that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. AI-Generated Content

Doppelscript uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before publishing or sharing it.

6. Subscription and Billing

The Founding Member plan is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us if you have concerns.

The free tier remains available as long as Doppelscript operates. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Doing so permanently removes your data from our systems. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after providing notice where practical.

8. Limitation of Liability

Doppelscript is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
